We refurbished this Vulcanizers with digital controls. The old type vulcanizer controls can burn your shop down. ( partlows ) they don’t shut off.

Had a fire on the old type systems, didn’t want to see this happen to anyone of these units.

This is a new heater control, timer, and thermocouple. New wiring inside control box. Plastic is still on new control faces. Jack is included. Cleanig it up as well. This12 inch vulcanizer was not in bad shape at all.

New lead wire 15ft for plugging in 20 amp 220volt single phase unit.

Off and On switch. Many others do not have this. So the system is OFF when you want it OFF.

Will crate on skid and box up controller for shipping. You, just will have the cost of the unit and shipping.

Note: got some time in redoing these and feel it is worth it to be safe. But as is…

To ship we will be laying the vulcanizer face down to protect the wiring coming out of the back of machine. We will also surround wiring with something to not destroy wiring during shipping.
Then we will take off control and thermocouple and put within machine in a protected box.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO reinsert the thermocouple so it stays in machine, not to slide out. So controller knows what to do.

We ran hot wires to machine to make sure vulcanizer is working and heating – OK. See picture of it on.
