Part time Book keeping / Admin position available in the Batesville area working for a small company, approximately 16-20 hours per week. Very flexible hours.
Ideal candidate must have:
• Minimum of two years accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (MS Access is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills are necessary
• High organization skills
• Ability to keep client information completely confidential
Duties to be performed include:
• Process Accounts Payables/ Accounts Receivables which includes on-line bill payment weekly and printing checks as needed
• Answering phones and communicating (both in verbal and written form) with clients, vendors, and banking contacts
• Processing timecards to send to outside payroll company
• Recording and making deposits to bank as needed
• Monthly Reconciliation and financial reports
• Enter new jobs and invoicing when those jobs are completed
• Generate various financial reports, including Profit & Loss reports, Sales Orders, MTD & YTD Comparisons, Account Balances, etc.
• Filing and other office duties as needed
• Perform administrative tasks to maintain HRA, 401K and AccuDoc benefits
