• Provide excellent customer service for potential and existing customers
• Responsible for answering insurance related questions and discussing product offerings with customer to help meet their unique needs
• Administrative office duties
• Have the ability to provide superb customer service, multi-task, trouble shoot, work both independently and as part of a team
Position Requirements:
• Prior Customer Service Experience in a Professional Office Setting
• Effective Communication skills – via phone, email, or in person
• Experience with PC – Office 365, Internet Explorer, Outlook, DocuSign
• Management System – EPIC – preferred, willing to train
• Property and Casualty Insurance licensing in IN is required
• Life Insurance License is preferred
