We are pleased to offer a wide variety of great items for you bidding. Note that pickup will be by appointment only on Wednesday, June 19 – you will be required to sign up for a pickup time. We ask that you are very respectful of the property and NOT drive on the grass.

Note that ONLY the Anri statues are available for shipping everything is local pickup.
Note: There is NO TITLE for the Polaris
Note: The Lawn Mower and Polaris will need to be paid by CASH or WIRE TRANSFER

Any items remaining after the designated pick-up time will be forfeited and the purchaser will be charged a $ 100.00 Non-Removal Fee as well as all disposal costs. Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on all of our bidding platforms. Furthermore you the purchaser are responsible to furnish all labor for the removal of your items. The buyer is also held responsible for any damage caused on location by removal of items.
