Terms on the Real Estate: We will offer each tract individually and as a whole. The real estate will sell to whichever way creates the highest value. A $25,000 nonrefundable down payment is required per tract from the highest bidder made payable to Cornerstone Realty Inc. Trust Account, sign a purchase agreement and close on the property on or before October 13, 2023. The purchase agreement has no contingencies; have your financing, inspections, and due diligence arranged before the auction. Immediate possession after closing.
