This sale does not include Zippo Stainless Steal case. This sale is using your case. These are refills for the inside of case.

I have shown the steps to fixing lighter and installing batteries. This sale includes 1 new refill interior piece new but has bad batteries, needs cleaned up inside with Vinegar and Q-tips. And the copper strips.

Watch how you take it unit apart – so you can put it back together properly. I also use a small, small, thin screw driver and work it around the parting to get plastic apart.

If you cant get the lighter going i am available by email. We have re-done 40 of these – and all 40 work. Batteries get there ground from the back – on the copper strip. Make sure plastic is off of new batteries. We usually remove plastic before sending batteries to you. So you dont forget. Batteries are brand new and tested first.
