Located at 117 Tyson St Versailles, IN 47042, from Madison take US 421 North to stop light in Versailles, go straight ahead on Adams St to the second stop sign turn Right on Tyson St auction will be on town square. From Lawrenceburg or North Vernon take US 50 to Versailles at the stoplight by Mc Donald’s turn North on Adams St to Tyson St turn right on Tyson St auction is on South side of the Town Square. Watch for Auction Signs.
Tract 1: This is the 117 Tyson St address which is the main building of Ron-Dee printing. This was also the historic Versailles Theater it still has the metal tile ceiling. Building has a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the upper floor.
Tract 2: This is the 105 Tyson St address this building was the Arcade building on the square it has a Window displays in the front and also has a J.H. Curran elevator in it.
